Wacky Cake: A cake recipe so easy, so crazy, so moist…it’s simply wacky!!
Preheat oven to 350 Fahrenheit
Stir together in a large bowl:
3 cups Flour
2 cups Sugar
½ cup Cocoa
2 teaspoons Baking Soda
½ teaspoon Salt
Add:
2 cups Cold Water
¾ cup your favourite cooking oil
2 teaspoons White Vinegar
2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
Stir with a whisk until well blended
Pour into a large, ungreased cake pan
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the centre of the cake.
This cake will not go dry when left out in the open air, in fact it will become more moist
