Spreadable Butter
Butter is great, but when you store it in the fridge it is hard to spread it on your toast, isn’t it?
With an electric mixer, blend until smooth, 1 brick butter and 1-2 cups (the amount depends on how soft you want your butter to be) Olive Oil.
Now you can store it in the refrigerator!
