Mocha Icing
In a glass 4 cup measuring cup, place:
¼ cup Cocoa powder
2 teaspoons Instant Coffee
6 Tablespoons Butter
Slowly, drizzle ¼ cup Boiling Water over top
Beat with an electric mixer until smooth
Then mix in:
1 and ½ teaspoons Vanilla extract
then
4-5 cups Icing Sugar
