- Buy an Already Roasted Chicken the night before this meal, and cut it into strips.
- Get the salted water boiling for the Egg Noodles. We want the noodles to be cooked al dente, which means that it is tender, but still firm and chewy. Once it boils, add the egg noodles to the water
- Gather the ingredients needed for the sauce.
- Stir fry the chicken strips while cooking the noodles.
- Start cooking the sauce.
- While the sauce simmers for up to 5 minutes, drain the noodles.
- The noodles will still be steaming hot when you stir the sauce through it.
- Arrange the chicken strips on the top.
Gather these things:
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1/2 cup Cream Cheese
- 2 teaspoons crushed or minced Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
In a saucepan, heat Butter, Whipping Cream and Cream Cheese. As they melt together over medium heat, keep whisking them to mix them together. Once melted, add Garlic, Italian seasoning, Salt, Pepper, and keep whisking it until smooth. Add Grated Parmesan Cheese. Stir, and simmer, cooking it for up to 5 minutes, until it begins to thicken. Once thick, it is ready to be tossed with the egg noodles, or spooned on top of the egg noodles.
