Avocado Spaghetti
Per person:
1 medium sized, ripe, pitted Avocado
½ lemon, juiced. Save the zest for garnish
3 cloves garlic, crushed
½ teaspoon salt
¼ cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
Coarse black pepper to taste
Mash this together and then work it through hot pasta so that it melts
Made this for dinner tonight. Always a bit! Yum yum.
