During the Pandemic of 2020 when so many of us were trapped in our homes for months at a time, certain recipes made their way around and some of them were downright awesome!
Here is one of the awesome recipes for a whipped coffee that is actually called “Dalgona Coffee” but which, in my heart at least, is now known as COVID Coffee.
2 Tablespoons each of:
Instant Coffee granules
Brown Sugar (or white, for a less molassesy flavour)
Hot water
Whip this together by whatever means you have at hand (from a fork in your hand to an electric mixer and anything in between) until it becomes thick and foamy like pudding.
Serve on top of a half glass of milk
