Crispy Chicken Wings or Drumsticks
Line a baking pan with foil or parchment paper to make clean up easier.
Sprinkle onto the foil or parchment paper until you have about an 1/8th of an inch depth:
- Sesame Seeds
- Salt
- Pepper
Lay your not frozen chicken pieces on top of this soft bed of yummy.
Sprinkle a liberal amount on top again, but this time in this order:
- Salt
- Pepper
- Sesame Seeds
With clean hands, smooth it around so that every naked spot of chicken is covered in these seeds and spices.
Bake at 350 to 450 degrees for as long as it takes for well-cooked crispy chicken pieces.
